Did it hurt when Julia fell from heaven into our life?

She has been so helpful during these early days as we go to war every day and night- raising our first child. We hear parents call these “the dark days” and they are so much brighter when Julia is in our home. She has taught us invaluable lessons pre and post partum, and she has encouraged us to be gentle and brave as we introduce this baby boy and ourselves as new parents, into this world. We love you so much Julia. Any expecting or new parents would be fortunate to have you as a partner.

I’m dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, childbirth and beyond, with warmth, compassion, and expertise. Inspired by witnessing my friend’s home birth many years ago, I combine a rich background in acting, dance, yoga, and prenatal fitness with certifications as a birth and postpartum doula, prenatal nutrition, birth education and lactation.

I live in Harlem with my husband. We have two grown daughters and a new grandchild! I bring authenticity, joyful humor, and a collaborative spirit to every birth experience, ensuring families feel empowered and cared for throughout their journey.
